With a global pandemic at our door, Party Ingredients are following the current UK government advice that public gatherings are ill-advised at this time, and honouring clients wishing to postpone their event until Autumn 2020. We are accepting new enquiries and recommend that these are from September 2020 onwards.
If you feel that your event is suitable to be held before September, and where your venue allows, we are still open should you wish to discuss your event with us, albeit with reduced office hours so please allow longer than our standard 24 working hour response time.
We will also be reducing our social & blog activity as we feel reviewing our past success doesn’t feel in line with the uncertainty we and our industry colleagues face over the next few months. During this time we will be sharing tips and recipes to support social distancing, self-isolation and to keep you mentally and physically well.
James looks after sales at our City-based venues - he is as skilled operationally as he is at coordinating events and very much leads from the front at Guildhall, Trinity House and a range of Livery Halls.
Q & A
Desert island dish?
I can't choose - either a prawn, crab and chorizo linguine or Chateaubriand steak with sweet potato fries- both delicious!
Desert island drink?
Pornstar Martini. Obviously.
The right ingredients for a great event?
First and foremost, your friends and family, followed by a good venue. Furthering this a good blend of music to create the atmosphere you require, and last (but not least) a plentiful supply of great food and well made drinks.
Standout professional moment?
My standout professional moment has to either be catering for the Queen's Jubilee reception or my remix for George Michael's "Star People" reaching No.1 in the American dance charts!
