Coronavirus Notice

With a global pandemic at our door, Party Ingredients are following the current UK government advice that public gatherings are ill-advised at this time, and honouring clients wishing to postpone their event until Autumn 2020. We are accepting new enquiries and recommend that these are from September 2020 onwards.

If you feel that your event is suitable to be held before September, and where your venue allows, we are still open should you wish to discuss your event with us, albeit with reduced office hours so please allow longer than our standard 24 working hour response time.

We will also be reducing our social & blog activity as we feel reviewing our past success doesn’t feel in line with the uncertainty we and our industry colleagues face over the next few months. Desert island dish?

It would have to be a dish that reminds me of home and family- A butterflied leg of lamb marinated in Moroccan spices, cooked on a woodfired barbecue.

Desert island drink?

A big barrel of Harveys of Lewes Best Bitter and, waiting on ice when I am rescued, a bottle of Laurent Perrier Rose!

The right ingredients for a great event?

Obviously a great caterer, but above all a fantastic mix of guests.

Standout professional moment?

Catering for Michael Winner at his home for an amazing list of celebrities and being told that the fillet of beef we served was "historic".
