A little staff barbie

We held a little staff barbie at PI HQ last week - it was sunny (!), we deserve a treat and our Head Chef Colin was moving on to start his own venture in Blackheath (more on that as it happens...).  In a classic piece of role reversal, our Sales Director Tim cooked, the MD's husband Liam tended the bar and the chefs and event managers ate and drank...

We ate rack of lamb, handmade sausages and burgers, roasted sweet potato wedges and a barrow load of salads, with meringue pops, cake pops and retro sweeties for pudding.  We drank pink fizz, Aperol Spritzes, Pimms and a few beers.  We were joined by our partners and families and enjoyed joining the kids in races around the carpark...fun in the sun!

Tim marinaded his lamb in rosemary, garlic and olive oil - we did bring him an apron a little later in the afternoon...

 

 Liam lengthened his Pimms with pink fizz instead of lemonade / ginger - everyone needed a little sit down!
