A Wintery Wedding in Spring - or Oxfordshire Nuptials Enhanced with Snowflake Confetti

This weekend saw a bunch of hardy PI event pros battling the blizzards to  deliver an unexpectedly picturesque wedding breakfast amid the drifts in Oxfordshire.  A well warmed marquee received 80 impeccably turned out guests to a stunning 3 course menu featuring sharing platters, spring lamb and a trio of apples with a cake of cheese to finish.  Guests danced away in defiance of the sub zero temperatures, but Head Chef Colin was banished outside the service tent into the snow to finish off his crème brulees...
