Swimming on a River of Raspberry and Lime Jelly
From a wake to an all-singing all-dancing drama and music school dinner; the events have not stopped this week at Saddlers' Hall and each one has been completely unique. This chopping and changing has kept us on our toes and we have adapted to the mood, spirit and expectations of each guest.

OPERA REHEARSALS: THE GUILDHALL SCHOOL OF MUSIC AND DRAMA
We hosted our first meal of the year at Girdlers' Hall and were reminded of what a haven this venue is amongst the big City buildings that cocoon it. In the picture below, spot our PI van in the bottom right hand corner. This isn't a commercial venue but wander over when the weather is nicer because the lawn outside is perfect for a picnic.
We have donned white coats, aprons and hard hats this week when we explored the Southbank Fresh Fish kitchen and James Burden's fridges in Smithfield Market. Read about these by clicking the images below.

SMITHFIELD MARKET AT 6.30AM JUST BEFORE IT SHUTS DOWN AFTER ANOTHER BUSY EVENING
One of our waiters, Justin, was so pleased with how Skinners' Hall looked ahead of a stunning, romantic wedding on Saturday. He tweeted these pictures over to us. The fact our part-time staff are as proud of the events as the managers are shows the all-round passion that comes hand-in-hand with every Party Ingredients experience.
