Christmas Pudding Vodka: Stewing continues
14 Nov 2012 | Don Macbeath
Two weeks ago us in the office started to follow our Director of Cooking's recipe for Christmas Pudding Vodka.
After warning the housemates that if they were to throw out this container of brown, nutty-looking liquid that resembles an undigested bowl of slop, there would be a serious lack of Christmas booze in the household, things seem to be looking on track! As you can see in the first photo below, the substance separates into layers, hence the frequent stirring.
Do not make the mistake of being tempted to eat one of the raisins though! They are indeed juicy but the sudden shot of vodka was a shock, even when hidden within a tiny fruit.
