Insight into Two Corporate Christmas Parties in Central London 2012

From dancing discos and magicians to formal dinner parties and carol services, Party Ingredients were delighted to cater at a huge variety of Christmas parties throughout December. Two of our biggest events were held in Guildhall and Trinity House.

Guildhall was transformed from a venue that hosts state banquets into a glittery spectacle of glamour, perfect for this canapé and bowl food Christmas party for 600 employees of a legal firm. It was refreshing to see the Great Hall filled with colourful spotlights, lounges, Christmas trees made of fairy lights and entertainers – these modern touches blended strikingly well with the medieval stone arched roof and gothic windows. Party Ingredients’ festive food carried around on LED lighted trays, helping guests hone in on delicious food.

At Trinity House an insurance company dined in the library overlooking the Tower of London (see through the windows of the picture below). Party Ingredients’ served a three-course meal comprising of Sunblushed Tomato and Basil Terrine, Medallions of Aberdeen Angus Beef and a Trio of Yuletide Treats. Food was plated up in The Pepys Room, named after Samuel Pepys the Naval Administrator who served as Master of Trinity House twice, which turned into dance floor later in the evening.
