Venue of the Month: Museum of London Docklands
7 Feb 2019 | Kate Bassett
It's only February and there are already some very exciting things happening over at Museum of London Docklands - the only Grade I listed building in Canary Wharf. Keep your eyes peeled for further developments within the Museum - we'll make sure you're updated!
The venue is newly launching an outside space just in time to book your Corporate Summer Party. Exclusively yours, the Riverside Terrace stands up to 150 guests, and has stunning views of Canary Wharf and the boats docked along the quay - a perfect space to unwind after work, enjoy a bite from the BBQ & sip a cocktail or two. Take a look at our three exclusive party packages, themed to complement the Museum history and surroundings, whilst keeping the sun, sea and sand in mind. For newly engaged couples, the No. 1 Warehouse space is now licensed for Weddings & Civil Ceremonies - an ideal location for history or nautical buffs! Once vows are said, either head out to the terrace for a glass of bubbles, or allow them to immerse themselves with a Rum cocktail or two as they explore the Sailortown space - a recreation of the Victoria-era Wapping docks & surroundings. Each gallery offers a creative backdrop for your wedding photos. Then move through to the Muscovado Hall for your 200 guests to dance and dine, surrounded by beautiful original features. To discover more about the fabulous spaces at this historic warehouse venue, visit the website or contact the Museum of London Docklands team by email or call 0207 814 5789.
