Coronavirus Notice

With a global pandemic at our door, Party Ingredients are following the current UK government advice that public gatherings are ill-advised at this time, and honouring clients wishing to postpone their event until Autumn 2020. We are accepting new enquiries and recommend that these are from September 2020 onwards.

If you feel that your event is suitable to be held before September, and where your venue allows, we are still open should you wish to discuss your event with us, albeit with reduced office hours so please allow longer than our standard 24 working hour response time.

We will also be reducing our social & blog activity as we feel reviewing our past success doesn’t feel in line with the uncertainty we and our industry colleagues face over the next few months. A Sporting City Summer

Based on 100 guests

Our venues’ Gardens, Courtyards and Terraces will be dressed in sporting paraphernalia, creating a fun and relaxed entertaining environment. We can also source Mini Golf, Quoits and Table Tennis for added enjoyment, all set within the glamorous exclusivity of a City Livery Hall.

The ‘Theatre’ will be supplied by chefs cooking on barbecues, food presented on every possible piece of sporting equipment, and our service staff (entering into the spirit of the theme) dressed in sports attire & trainers.

FURNITURE AND LINEN HIRE

The prices quoted include 6 clothed poseur tables and all necessary food station or dining table furniture and decor. Additional furniture will be charged for separately.

HALL HIRE

The halls are buildings of outstanding architectural significance and contain valuable pieces of art and furniture. Guests will be required to respect this at all times and behave in an appropriate manner.
We reserve the right to reject a booking application if we do not consider it suitable for the premises.

MEALS FOR ENTERTAINERS ETC.

If you require us to provide meals for any staff or entertainers we can provide either:

  • the same meal as the guests at £4 less than the menu price
  • a two-course supper at £24.00 per person.
  • sandwiches and light refreshments at £9.50 per person

NUMBERS – 60-300 GUESTS

This estimate is based on this number of guests. If your numbers drop, our overheads do not reduce in the same proportion and therefore our menu prices will increase. Once you confirm your booking, this is the number that we will work on. Please notify us of any change in this number as soon as possible and at the latest by 5.30pm one week before the event. Under our terms the number cannot be reduced after that date as we will have started to order food and have scheduled staff.
