Take the hard work out of hosting a barbecue

Our Barbecues Delivered service takes all the hard work out of hosting a barbecue but leaves you the fun of showing off your BBQ cooking skills on the main dishes.
The cold dishes on your barbeque buffet selection will arrive ready to serve, garnished, and beautifully presented on china platters. If your serving tables are ready, our delivery staff can lay out the buffet with plates, cutlery, napkins and accompaniments ready for service.
The Meat, Fish and Vegetarian dishes will be fully prepped, marinated, ready to cook. We can provide gas fired barbecues at a small extra charge.
At the end of the party you just need to slot all the serving dishes back into the boxes and stack the plates in the hygienic plastic containers provided. We will collect it all dirty the following day.

Order Confirmation and Payment
On receipt of your order we will issue a booking advice sheet. To confirm your order we require full payment and an email confirmation. Please check the booking sheet carefully as we cannot be held responsible if these details are incorrect.
We will also require a refundable damage deposit of £200.00 to cover loss or breakages of equipment. This will be shown on your first booking advice sheet. Any losses or breakages will be charged at the replacement cost and the balance of the deposit then returned after the booking.
PI Delivers is sold at an inclusive package price based on a minimum of 20 people. Additional numbers or additional dishes can be added at a minimum of 5 working days notice.
The prices include all the necessary crockery, cutlery, paper napkins and serving dishes based on the numbers booked. Drinks also include glass hire, ice and chill boxes. You are not required to wash up the equipment but we ask you to pack it carefully for collection in the same boxes it was delivered in. You will be provided with a full list of the equipment on delivery.
If you require additional equipment (eg tablecloths or furniture) we may be able to hire it for you at an additional charge.
Prices include delivery within the M25. Delivery outside the M25 is available at an additional charge .
Although we will try and ensure you get your order at the agreed time we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic. We therefore recommend that you fix your delivery time one hour before you require the meal.
Please ensure that your event space is easily accessible and that reception staff, porters or security staff are aware of the delivery. If the delivery is required on an upper floor, lift access will be required. We will prepare and you will agree to a method statement setting out the delivery / collection process as part of the booking advice.
Our staff will deliver and set up the food and equipment and will leave you once it is set up. They will not heat up hot food or cook barbecues, it is a delivery only service.
We will agree a collection time window with you. This will be during normal working hours, Monday to Friday. Please note that our staff will not pack away your equipment. It must be packed in the boxes ready for collection. If we have to clear up after an event this will incur extra charges.
You must arrange for the disposal of any rubbish / waste after your event. We will not take it away.
On delivery please check the delivery against your booking confirmation to make sure that everything has been delivered correctly. If there is a mistake we will do our very best to put it right.
Whilst every effort will be made to produce the exact agreed menu we reserve the right to alter a particular ingredient if it is not available from our suppliers.
Our dishes are prepared in kitchens that are not free from allergenic ingredients. All platters will be wrapped to minimise cross contamination but please contact a member of our staff if you have any concerns or queries regarding specific allergens.
We will provide menus for the buffet clearly listing the allergies for each dish.
Cancellation of an order must be made in writing. When an order is cancelled or reduced the following charges will apply;
If an order is cancelled with 5 working days notice a refund of 50% will be made.
If an order is cancelled with less than 5 working days notice the full charge will still apply.
COVID 19 Clause
Where an event has been forced to cancel due to Government restrictions or lockdowns relating to COVID 19, clients may postpone to another date within 12 months of the original without penalty. If postponement is not possible we will only levy a cancellation charge where actual costs have been incurred purchasing items for the event.
If we are obliged due to specific Government restrictions, to close our kitchens we may offer you an alternative date for the event but if that cannot be agreed the booking will be deemed cancelled and your payment will be returned in full with no further payment required.

Can I order PI Delivers for smaller numbers?
The minimum number of guests we can cater for is 20 - if you would like to cater for a smaller number, we recommend our friends at Gladwin Brothers. Please contact Richard and tell him we sent you - you will get a warm welcome! Richard@gladwinbrothers.com
Can I order PI Delivers for larger numbers?
Yes you can - the base price in your selected menu is for 20 guests, and you can add extra people from 1 to your safe capacity and extra dishes in batches of 20. See the "Add Extra Bits" section of your chosen menu for pricing.
Can PI Deliver outside London?
Yes we can - let us know your postcode and we will be there - there will be an additional charge for delivery outside the M25, but we can quote in advance.
How does delivery work?
Ideally, to keep everyone safe, we would like clear space to deliver and set what we can - we will agree this beforehand with our event confirmation. We will agree a time, access arrangements, and spaces to be used for set up and storage.
When do you collect?
We will pre-arrange collection when we agree the event confirmation with you. We will collect and check in all the equipment we dropped with you (we expect it all dirty). We will not have the resource to collect and pack up the equipment ourselves - simply slot it all back into the boxes it came in.
Will you take away our waste afterwards?
We are not able to take responsibility for the waste from your party. Please plan this beforehand with your local facilities.
Will you provide equipment for our own beverages?
We can provide glassware, ice and chilling bins for your own use - there will be a small charge for the equipment, which is included if you order your beverages from us.
How does Covid affect my party?
PI have been operating throughout the pandemic on meals for NHS staff and have a fully audited Covid safe production and delivery process. Our chefs, drivers and catering team are fully trained and certified fit to work, with temperature checks for every shift.
We have Covid specific cancellation terms that may come into play in the event of a local lockdown, or an infection within your social group.

It is your responsibility to manage your guest numbers and arrangements to host an enjoyable and safe gathering...our top tip is to do everything you can to sanitise the environment, but not the experience. Physical distancing is still required, but social interaction must be encouraged.
