To make per glass

  • 60ml black raspberry vodka (make at home for a fresh taste)
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15ml chilled dessert wine
  • 60ml pressed British apple juice
  • 15ml rhubarb syrup
  • Apple slither

To make

  1. Shake the raspberry vodka, lemon juice and apple juice with ice in a shaker
  2. Strain over ice and pour into a red wine goblet
  3. Drop the rhubarb syrup into the glass and float the dessert wine
  4. Garnish with an apple slither
